Thus far...
After purchasing a 4 Gig VPS Server I have initiated 2 trouble tickets.
One related to "Installing Windows 2008 Server." Tech support got right on it and had me installed in a short span of time.
The second issue was related to CONNECTIVITY. It seems as though there was a problem with RDP. I initiated that ticket late this past Friday night and it was resolved Saturday morning.
I am currently able to log in to my VPS VIA RDP through my laptops and PCs and through my Tablet using the RD client suggested by apignard.
Conclusion? Tech support is ON POINT!
I'll be installing GSA SER, GSA CB, UD and Scrapebox; will update once applications are installed and running.

I ordered a vps 2 days ago and since then I haven't been able to use it and I cannot use it as the internet I am staying at for the month is to slow. I do not need it until next month so been trying to request a refund but support is just not getting it.... They got the request but not responding back to me wanting a refund. Please refund me. Thank you

Just got a VPS yesterday to test some stuffs and everything went smooth.
Installed the Windows Server '08 myself with the sweet guide they provide without any issues!
Gotta upgrade the server within a month for more resources.

in remote desktop connecction window i have tried that IP which is provided by your system ...even i have tried gateway also but its not connecting....and no help from your customers service...
