Wanted to Upgrade my 100W SAS VIT to 200W SAS VIT,
Been 2 days waiting since i submitted the ticket but no Reply yet!

My Work is at halt, I need the VPS up and running, Any help?

Apignard, what specs are the bare minimum I need to keep GSA SER running at a decent amount of threads (~50) 24/7? I'm thinking about buying the:

Windows 1GB VPS
Public Price : $14.59
Discount Price : $11.67

. CORE : 2 (3Ghz+ per CORE)
. TRANSIT : Unlimited
. LINK : 1 GBPS
. IP : 1
. DDOS PROTECTION

But I don't know if that is powerful enough.

It will be enough for 10-15 projects and 50 threads + captcha breaker. I recommend to get at least 2Gb RAM for 100 threads.

BTW I just buy the vps. Waiting for activation and reply on my support ticket.

Alright, thanks for responding since the OP doesn't seem to answer any questions. Can you let me know how you like the VPS? I can't buy mine just yet because I have to wait for my payment for May to arrive first.

The VPS is good... But the interface is really frustrating. It logs me out each time I try to enter a new page, so I have to log in about 10 times (over and over again) before I can reach the VPS... Please fix this.

Yeah I have the same problem using iconvergence. Everytime I need to open a ticket or check my invoices I get a lot of times logout and have to login again and again. I've put a ticket but the problem persists. But to reach the VPS I don't need to go through the convergence interface. I use Microsoft Remote Desktop (for mac). So, as long as I don't need to go to tickets or invoices (not using iconvergence) I'm good.

Better to go to 200W

Since my VPS failed and new IP was assigned something still gone work - I dunno, even at idle there is a hefty lag in opening applications or doing basic tasks etc. Hopefully you/your support guys can sort it out as it starts to drive me nuts tbh

Use SSD/SAS if you want fast disk I/O

For SATA we have some feature on few server for shaping and guaranted disk I/O and will be deploy in june on all server.
(means gauranted disk i/o)

There is definitely some problem running hitleap in VPS. It runs only at first (I don't know exactly how many minutes it runs, may be 30, may be 1 hour), then I check out on my laptop all instances running and it shows that on the VPS it is not running. Then I remotly connect to VPS and see that it seems to be running but those minutes won't count. The I click Run and it shows 0 minutes earned.

It's not that VPS goes in standby when I'm not connected through remote desktop?

Yes was a new order. But i had an email saying the VPS was all ready to go, might be worth putting it might take a few hours to setup in your email you send out after the client makes the order

Sorry, it's already the best price, some customer have 20 VPS and paid same price.
It's not possible to go under this price without lower the quality

We may change discount next month for budget plan, 20% apply only at with 3 months paiement else would be 10%

Here's my honest review:

I got a budget VPS, tried to install Windows XP but there were some problems with the .iso. In the end, the support staff installed Windows Server 2008 for me because there was a problem and I couldn't load myself any of the original .iso
The support is ok, the time of response is pretty good (I'm talking about the free support), they are helpful and the price is so cheap.
Overall, I'm satisfied, I've been using the VPS in the last couple of days and everything seems to be alright.
