It is good quality. I bought the vps 2 months ago and it is still up without a single minute downtime.

About 20GB. Use 2008RC2 it's seems more stable on many applications.
For upgrade most location can be upgrade to 100w plan except for now LOS Angeles. All others locations can be upgrade from the web panel

For run FTP you can use Windows FTP server or Filezilla server (or any other you like)

Maximum CPU you will get will be 5+3 from configurable options.

We have also dedicaced cpu/disk/ram vps offer. Not yet market but from quote.

How we built it : we took double 12 core cpu (24 thread in total) with 6 to 12 disk setup depend of request.
You will have dedicaced RAID 1 disk with dedicaced cpu. Some sell it as dedicaced server but still a dedicaced VPS server with same power of a Real server.

No idea about the rating but if you check this thread you will see a lot of happy customers.
The uptime is depend of the quality of the datacenter
France Datacenter is Real Tier IV datacenter (not Tier IV ready or such). We have near 100 server there and never got any power outage.
Only issue we had was a switch crash affecting 4 servers.
With SAS or SSD the speed would always be > 200 Mbps

Certainely disable IE SEC on windows 2008R2 or install flash player. Open ticket if still issue.

Seems was Remote desktop issue and not the VPS. From ticket seems fine and seems too many user on remote desktop error.
Pm me if happen again or reopen ticket. That's could happen for various reason and need investigate for find the good one.

Well, my VPS with them which has been alive for 1 month now was DDoS this weekend. Their customer services said that they do not have protection for Phoenix servers.

Now, I can't log in to my server using Remote Desktop, and my VPS does not have internet due to the IP being DDoS'd. Customer service does not reply yet and they have not resolved the issue since weekend. My business is affected because of this.

DDOS in all location except France & Canada are free. In Las Vegas it's avaible in option.
If you received a DDOS all datacenter will nulled route for 24h your IP. There is no other way we can prevent uptime and speed for other customer.

Thanks for pm me issue you have about comminication. From stats view of ticket all are answer in day time in less than 15 minutes average. Could took several hours on close office time and week end.

You won't lose data but need a shutdown and a boot for get upgrade installed. You control the full process when you want shutdown the VPS for upgrade took effect.

I'm having a problem with iConverge Platform . I do login , go to client area , asks for login again, go to client area , asks for login again, go to client area, hit submit a ticket, asks login, got to submit a ticket , fill the form hit submit , asks for login ... I've tried a lot of times from different browsers ... I end up no being able to submit the ticket :/
