It's been a week and still no reply. I think this service is getting a lot worse. I thought only TAT was bad.

Sorry for the late response mate, we were swamped with the orders. As stated on the sales thread the TAT for the combo package is 10 days, you ordered on 8/25, 7 days have passed since your order. We're very sorry for not replying faster on the inquiries here. Your order was on process, the article for your order is already finished, and the web 2.0s is half way through. Though you've reversed the payment, we can still send the finished report of the web 2.0 if you want. Thanks!

Service seems to be going down hill, many complaints and poor communication on the op's part.

Sorry about that mate, responded on your skype message. Also, the reports for your orders were sent within the stated TAT. The other 3 complaints were already resolved, 2 of them had an issue regarding the info they provided on their order. Response had been slow, but all orders are still within the stated turn around time. Just to clear things up, the service is still doing great, actually receiving more orders than usual, which resulted for us to be swamped with work and having slow response on each of the client's inquiries. But rest assured that all orders are being done, and will be sent in time. Thanks!
