I am getting concerned. I only tested a small job but there seems to be a growing list of people who are wondering why there have been no deliverables / reports.

Orders are not getting done anymore

Hate to do it but have no option left but to file a PayPal dispute

He hasn't been online since 27/09 (still). So there is a possibility that something happened and he unintentionally undelivered.

However, from our point of view, paypal case is the most appropriate action right now.

Same here, but still no communication from seller, no explanation or apology given or ANYTHING
This is no way to run a business.
