Review.
I contacted OP and saw some samples and wanted to get one of these sites myself.
As keyword research was included I asked if he had any experience of ranking the sites he creates. I saw another post in this thread where a guy left a positive response that OP was very helpful with this. I'm no SEO guru and could use a tips or two. The keyword have a low monthly search so I figure buying a few link packages here at the marketplace would be enough to get it ranking. I wasn't asking for any exact way to do it, just generally how easy they are to rank or how previous customers have managed it, and if there was more people targeting those low searched keywords already. Not sure what to make out of "SEO is different. How could i know [where you post your links]", but that was the answer.
Stated on the sales pages there was also 1 year hosting + 1 year domain included (EMD Available). I already had hosting and wanted to register the domain myself so we didn't have to transfer it later on and got $20 off.
I said however that I wanted to know what domain name I should register, just buy it myself. I got no help with this and had to find my own. My main keyword was in the following format "company name v 9.9 product" (28 chars) and sure didn't want that as a EMD for the site, the COM extension was already taken anyway. So I bought a much broader one, like XXXfromhome.tld.
I placed my order 28 November and the site was done 22 December (19 days). Upon receiving the good news I was also told that the social signals will soon start for the extra package that was included at the time, "1000+ social signals, worth $50", and I'll get the report asap. A few days after I get the report which included 21 social bookmarking urls with login and password, targeting my domain keyword. XXX from home. Obviously I would have prefer the keywords that he actually researched for me and had a low amount of searches. At that time I was also still waiting for my Ezine Article report which I still haven't seen anything about till this date. I haven't contacted OP about it, but it doesn't really matter for me anymore.
The whole site contained 11,258 words including an affiliate disclosure, contact us and a privacy policy page. The site looks really good, no doubt.
But for SEO, I bet there's better themes out there. For example, it barely put the Header tags to use, standard wordpress problem. The theme also showed my real email in each post (I'm using 1-click wp install), till I changed it.
Beside the amazon table on the homepage all articles use my keywords as anchor in the affiliate links. Again, I'm not that into SEO, but isn't that bad practice as it's those I want to rank for?
I think using buttons and Click Here anchors would have been better, so I don't pass my juice to amazon for those keywords I'm trying to rank for. Something I DO know however, is that rel="nofollow" should have been used, but wasn't.

I thought id have a try with stfranks amazon website.
I ordered it on the 25th of december and it took about 2 weeks to arrive.
I had brought my own domain and hosting already but he never offered to take $20 off untill I reminded him today.
The keywords were not that targetted and as the post above me said...all of the anchor texts in posts were IDENTICLE to each other. As post above said - I pretty sure this is bad for seo!
The layout was 6/10, and the article writer were obviously not from an english speaking country.
I was hoping for more I guess but for $200 it wasn't too bad.
As for communication, quite a few times I had to repeat questions because he didn't answer them. He did give me options for the domain name though which was good.
Overall communication was 7/10, in the end he answers my questions and always seems to be online for help.
