Syed finished the first niche site for me today. The site itself has a simple yet elegant design, decent quality review articles, good layout. I picked up an aged expired domain with a bunch of backlinks aimed at the site, so a lot of the primary LSI keywords are immediately starting on page 13. Will leave a follow-up review on conversions once I do a bit of SEO to push it onto page 1 .
