On the 5th i ordered the test package, all the elements have been over delivered ( fbook +7 tweets +28 +1ones 4) , good professional service, the content of the package was delivered step by step not all at once.

Only downside (if i can say) is that i haven't received the final order delivery email report (guys check your system, it matters a lot for client service - not having to check all the time the stats on the website). other than that ..i will use it again.

We always send two emails, one before the campaign starts and another after.
However we sometimes send the final report a couple of days after the delivery has finished so we make sure that everything is fine with the campaign and the promotions have stopped.
This is because we might have finished the promotions today, but you will receive another 5-10 social signals sent from us, so we want everything to be accounted for.
