the order was for 3000 Instagram followers

out of those 3000 about 1800 got delivered pretty instantly ie within a couple of hours. Got an avalanche of follow notifications on 3 devices linked to the account. Then the follow notifications stopped, I assumed they were taking a break and continuing later. They didn't resume so I contacted their skype. I checked the followers, and instagram showed about 1800 or were delivered. In a minute the remaining followers just "appeared" ie I got no follow notifications etc on any of the 3 aforementioned devices. Skype communication was courteous so I didn't want to make a fuss, even though it was fishy as hell.


3 days later, 1300 of the 3000 followers have dropped. And obviously no response on skype.
