So far, not very good experience with this program. Took about 5 hours or so to get a license emailed to me, and I doubt they would have done it so quickly if I didn't post on this forum (thanks Cratos).

Initially, the installation worked and the program ran just fine, but after installing updates for windows server 2016 overnight, the program will not load. I had to submit a support ticket. I can't find much technical support via the website other than the FAQs.

I am disappointed in the experience I have had so far. Hopefully, technical support gets back to me in a timely manner.

I know there was a request for an updated review, which I will post after I can get the software to launch again.

So here you go blackhatworld community -

The software stopped launching after day 1. I contacted their support and they advised me to disable windows defender, disable antivirus, install .NET framework, install visual c++, add security exception to IE rules for paighambot.com, disconnect from vpn, and reset my router/firewall to default settings. I have done all of that including uninstalling/reinstalling the software. The software does not launch.

I want to use the software, but it does not launch. Their response is that it is somehow my fault and they are not going to refund any money. Their machine specifications are here - https://www.paighambot.com/faqs/

The reason I post this here is because I know people struggle trying to make money online. People want to be able to use the product or service they purchased. I do not believe that anyone should be subjected to the behavior of the folks from Great Business Reviews or Paighambot.

Another update (sorry for the volume of posts, but this is a need to know for community members)

This company - Great Business Reviews/Paigham Bot - has sent 2 threatening emails stating they will send me to collections when they lose this paypal dispute.

If anyone has any questions, please let me know. I have the full email thread available.

Shanny, You purchased the software on Monday. You first emailed us on Wednesday and again on thursday. We attempted to help you resolve the issue but you went agro and instead of accepting our help, you disputed a valid transaction. We didnt have to even respond to your dispute, paypal just closed it on its own, because you were using invalid reasons opening the dispute.

We can not help you if you do not allow us to. Question, if your intentions were pure, why did you also dispute the transaction for the data package you ordered? That had nothing to do with the software.

We understand that you are upset because you did not like the outcome of the situation, but you were the one that made the decision to act and behave in the way that you did, we tried to help you. We understand that we can not be EVERYTHING to everyone, but most of our customer are very happy with our software and support. We are sorry that you didnt take the time to properly use the software and took the course that you did.

You are allowed to leave a review, but you are not allowed to keep posting negative things over and over in the thread just because youre upset. Hopefully a mod @BassTrackerBoats will clean this up?

As far as our prices, we understand that some people work on limited budgets, but we provide a professional tool with great support and this takes time and money on our part to do and our support from our customers and all of the great reviews that we have reflect this value and worth of our tool. Obviously when you purchased the product you weren't concerned with the prices. The tool is not for everyone, I guess. We wish you the best in your journeys and sorry that you made the choices that you did.

With Scrapebox being a one-off fee, did you not consider going for that instead? $99 for 1 month!? Wow. Crazy prices.

Reporting your comment for thread jacking. Scrapebox is a great tool, but our application does a lot more than what scrape box was made to do. You're comparing apples and oranges here.

Yes, it has worked for many. It's all dependent upon how you approach things i.e. the structure of your message, target market and funnel.

Hi. You are apparently triggering a security protocol on our website which is blocking your access. Not sure what you are doing, however other people have and are accessing the site and ordering just fine.

If we had templates, they would surely not work very long because everyone would spam them to death.
