The most important signals is most certainly the +1's. However, we have crafted our packages in a way so they reflect the natural distribution of social signals, which usually have a small number of +1's. This is done in an attempt to make the service more realistic. As far as ranking go, there are a lot of variables with SEO and results are unpredictable, but so far we've seen positive results from our customers campaigns.
