Yes it means 2 likes. But keep in mind that user can dislike your page if he note that he don't liked. Like POST's comes direct from FB. If it says that you got 2 likes it means you do.

There are chances like with all BH tools, but if you keep things look natural you wont get it for sure.
We recommend to use things on fake accounts and one admin/account per page.

It is working on mobile. But user must be logged in fb using browser.. If user are logged in app and opens link on browser this mean he is not logged in on browser..
