Question for the seller,
I have a content locker, if I add it to a page on my site, but have the like button connected to any other domain other than the one it's on, it asks the person to confirm the like, and shows them the link to the actual page they are actually liking. Does this do the same? Won't they get a prompt when they click the x to confirm their like?

So now you have site which ask you to confirm fb like when you press "Like" button? And you want to use this service on that domain and you want to add other fan page to hijack?
If yes then probably you will get confirm because facebook has been added you domain to "watch" list. You need wait some time then they will remove your domain from that "watch" list..

Concerning the FB like jacker, what happens to the people that already liked the page? Will they see the popup box everytime they visit the website?

No they dont, they IP address will be added to database and they dont see this box after they press on button X. Also old users will see this box, but when they press on button X those IP's will be added to DB too. So they wont see this box ever again I mean all is done in smart way...

Have u tried contact me on skype? Also this problem happens to some users because of style.css, so u need to some small changes. This is easy fix. Try contacts me on skype and i do my best to solve this problem
And about to like custom page, sorry right now there is no that option. Now you can like any page u add in control panel, so also it can be post page, but this must be done manualy

No all is fine with chrome and other browsers Some AD blockers can detect it as a AD so they can block it.
And about flag there is always risks with black hat tools
