We needed a new sales thread design for Kontent Machine and after reviewing several providers here we chose chamara.
We ordered on 22nd of January. I contacted him via skype and sent him all the information he needed. He said he would deliver the sales copy within three days.
When he delivered the sales copy I saw that he didn't actually understand what Kontent Machine was so I asked him to rewrite it and gave him specific instructions. When he rewrote it was basically the same so I had to write the sales copy myself and send it to him (no partial refund).
He told me that the after he has the sales copy he would complete the design within 10 days.
18 days after I sent the sales copy I contacted him again and asked what was going on. Not only was it not ready but he even asked me to bump his sales thread by posting her "Order placed." which was way out of line. He told me he would give me a 50% discount on the next order. The problem is that I don't need a discount on something that I never receive.
So, on 21st of February he promised the design would be ready on 24th of February. On 25th of February he wrote to me that the design was 3/4 ready and he would send it to me ASAP.
Today is 3rd of March and when I contacted him asking what was going on he told me that he had "family issues" and the design would be ready within 5 days.
Now, although "family issues" is a frequently used excuse around here he could really be in some sort of trouble. However, a simple email with letting me know he would be late (for a third time) would've been cool.
When I contacted him today he told me that he would refund me. Why would I want a refund after wasting more than a month of my time? The last thing he told me was that he was on his phone, he needed to go and that the design will be ready next Friday.
Just to summarize:
Chamara, I don't want a refund. I want you to complete the sales thread design.

Very fast TAT and extraordinary support, also been my second time I guess and always much more than happy with the work, which in my case, was a logo design.

I'm very impressed with this service , OP is a awesome designer, I knew just but the amount of info he required from me that this would be good.I ordered 2 logos + design work
He took 3-4 days for me and he did awesome design for me with few samples, IT's easy to talk with seller on skype and i could understand clearly what we ask.In the end I choose one with a slight modification, which was done almost instantly.
I got the final version delivered in industry standard formats and i am 200% happy with this service.
Actually I will be ordering again straight away.
Design - 10/10
TAT - 10/10
Communication - 10/10
Rate - 10/10

I like the fact that it's very easy to get hold of him when you have any questions.
With this latest design i haven't given him much instructions, I just told him do your research and design it the way you feel it'll look best, and wow he did an excellent job
