So are these proxies for seo tools or not?
I am not sure what is your definition of spam, but as I know, spam is only emailing people.

Also give me explanation (specific) of allowed use of these proxies.

You have purchased proxies on 09/05/2014 and in one of your previous tickets we have sent you a screenshot as working proof for all your proxies and as you saw all your proxies were working fine with GSA and we have instructed to use proper delay and connection settings to avoid the Google block issue in the future and if you do not follow that instructions then we have nothing to do about it.

I think you have missed my screenshot mate....it's clearly showing only 5 working. Your service said it's due to huge nos of threads (I was using 30 only with 90sec delay). So after that I tried even with 1 thread and 120sec delay, it's same mate....only 5 working proxies.
I am not blaming about the quality of the proxies...they are real good. But I am getting only 50% of what I paid for.
is that because I am outside US? I can't understand what's going on.

That's the point you mentioned that you're using 30 connections with 10 proxies but we instructed you to use only 1 connection for 10 proxies to prevent Google block issue, if you do not follow the instructions and then getting blocked then it's not our fault.

It's recommended to use 1 connection for 10 and it'll be 2 for 20.

Do not misunderstand that is for Google Scraping to prevent Google block but not for other tasks.
