There is no proxy showing in my proxy manager. Please help

Support Ticket :294307

Non of the Proxy Servers are effected only the website it self and It's fixed now and working fine, feel free to ask if you have any question.

I don't know what you guys at CheapPrivateProxies are up to, but my 40 proxies stopped working fine some 7 days ago. They would cut all connections every 10 minutes or so. This is not a settings problem, it happens with every application I try. I opened a ticket with support, and after a lengthy conversation they admitted there was a problem affecting their username and password proxies. I asked for replacement proxies, but was told they only can replace them when my current month of subscription expires and upon purchasing another month. My current subscription will expire around May 25th! So I would be stuck with non-working proxies for the most part of the currently paid month, and they wouldn't be able to do anything about it?

Currently, the proxies still won't work without blacking out every 5-10 minutes, I still have 10 days to go, and the service provider "can't" do anything about it. If they can't replace the proxies, the only logical explanation is they don't have fully working proxies in their system at all.

If you're trying to rush our proxy servers with too many connections then your connection will be blocked (any proxy provider will do it) else you will be blocked by Google if you try to scrape that way and that's to protect other clients and to maintain the quality of our service meanwhile we can send you the recommended settings in order to use proxies without issues if you ignore them then that's not our fault.

Still if you have dead proxies let us know because we can replace them but if they are working but only getting blocked when you use then there might be something behind and hidden which you do not tell here.

We do everything and anything to make our clients happy :)

That's the thing, I am not stressing these proxies at all, I never did. I only run one search engine thread on all my 40 proxies at any given time. That's 1 connection per 40 proxies. That's a setup that worked fine for many months, now all of a sudden the proxies get error 404 then immediately all of them would throw error 503. Scrapebox loops thru all of them quickly then pops the harvesting ready window. It's a proxy issue for sure, as when this happens, SB receives the 503 error from all the proxies very very quickly - it's impossible there's a search engine connection attempted in this short timespan.

There are screenshots and detailed explanations in my ticket, look up ticket #107183

In your ticket our staff member has attached 2 screenshots as proxy working proofs after checking your proxies with Scrapebox.

It appears neither you nor your staff have been reading the ticket carefully. What I was saying was the proxies work fine for about 10 minutes, then they completely die for like a minute. If I take Scrapebox proxy tests outside of that minute, the proxies appear to be working fine. But then the interruption occurs and all my harvesting goes to naught. I have to constantly be watching Scrapebox in order to resume harvesting. It's impossible to work with the proxies under the circumstances, and your proxy tests help nothing.

And it's not just a search engine block, as the timeouts happen when I do virtually anything else thru the proxies, like web browsing, posting, pinging. Anyway, here's one for you: how do you explain that they time out exactly at the same moment for all three search engines, Google, Yahoo and Bing?

That's what I was trying to explain even from the previous reply, if your proxies stop working after 10 minutes then in most cases it may due to trying to use more than 100 connections / threads (even if you claim that you use only 40 connections and if you're doing other work such as web browsing, posting, pinging meanwhile you run scrapebox then it will exceed 100 connections and then will be blocked) but no other Scrapebox using clients complained regarding a such issue meanwhile we have 1000 of clients which use our proxies without such issues.

That is not the case. I only use ONE thread per all 40 proxies. Not one thread per proxy, but just one thread overall. I use it for googling 80% of the time, the other 20% I add Yahoo and Bing with one thread each. I always run harvesting with the "Threaded harvesting" option in Scrapebox disabled - I have done so for one year now. When I do harvesting, I don't do anything else with the proxies.

I'm also noticing the proxies black out randomly. Some may work, while the others may not. This has been going on for the past 7+ days and it's still happening as we speak.

If you can send us a Team Viewer ID we can check the issue by log in to your PC from your end because we didn't find issue while checking from our end.
