Ok so I got my site up and running as of Sunday...
Design 4/5 basic wordpress theme so nothing fancy but he does do a custom header and semi logo so it makes it stand out and look like a legit site. Now just need to add more content to it. 4 pages using my keywords for each page/article. I already had a domain so he did not do the research for it nor the keywords as I gave him those.
Communication 4/5 Pretty fast on the replies via PM so no real issues here.
Time 3/5 This as with most who do good work for cheap get a bit to much work that they can not handle. He did come through 100% but was about 48-72 later then what he oiginally stated. As for it was not a major downfall because it is just an adsense site I would advise to not take on so many orders or make sure you complete by due dates.

Overall if I need another one done (seeing how this one goes first) then I will be back.

Overall happy with my purchase and he went out of his way to fix certain problems I had. I will report back after a month to give an updated review and the progress of the site.

Ok so i ordered a EmD micro niche website, after waiting one week after payment i finally recieve the keyword and website name and underneath it said 1000+ searches and $1+ cpc. After researching i found that its less than $0.50 cpc and less than 1000 searches per month . So i replied and asked him to give me another keyword a day later he replies with a bare minimum keyword. 8 days later i email and ask when it will be ready and he says in 36 hours max and it will be fully ready. Ofcourse its not ready, 3 days later i email again when it will be ready he says today, 2 days later he finally delivers a website. The website looks rushed and not worth the money. Beware!!

So far $1.75...and that was fom one click. I am pn page 1 #5 for my domain name (which I used my own) and page 2 for another keyword. Waiting about a month to see if worth it.

Happy with the site, it looks good. A simple design with a lovely header, articles were good. The only thing was that the site took longer than what I had hoped. Otherwise nice job.
