I PM'ed this guy with a couple of questions and his reply was thus ...

MNS sites can make you more then $5000 bu you have to do efforts for that. Have to rank have to do youtube marketing and there is many more ways to get traffic.
You have to provide hosting and domain after that we will setup u evrything. And after that you have to do Offpage seo that is not include in package.

Yeah I have a couple of questions which you seemed to have ignored in the thread and instead sent me samples that I never asked for.
1. If these websites make you $5000 why are you selling them for $39?, Why not just keep making the sites.
2. Am I right in saying that the $39 only gets a website and a domain name?, Who does the ranking and seo?

Honestly dude. Do you really think a site will be built that somehow automatically generates $5000????? LOL what he supplies are possible domains and keywords for you to do SEO to that in time may produce such income. What he is doing is providing a step in a 5 step process. Once the site is built then it is your job to take over and run it.
He will TELL you the domain so you can use a .99 godaddy coupon code and get it.....Really not rocket science here man just a huge head start into making money. Seems like you have those infomercial dreams of "working from home"

Ok so I got my site up and running as of Sunday...
Design 4/5 basic wordpress theme so nothing fancy but he does do a custom header and semi logo so it makes it stand out and look like a legit site. Now just need to add more content to it. 4 pages using my keywords for each page/article. I already had a domain so he did not do the research for it nor the keywords as I gave him those.
Communication 4/5 Pretty fast on the replies via PM so no real issues here.
Time 3/5 This as with most who do good work for cheap get a bit to much work that they can not handle. He did come through 100% but was about 48-72 later then what he oiginally stated. As for it was not a major downfall because it is just an adsense site I would advise to not take on so many orders or make sure you complete by due dates.
Overall if I need another one done (seeing how this one goes first) then I will be back.
