17 days have gone since ordered the basic package.
Till now i had only a document with the keyword and some long tails.
The domain has not been indicated and i do not have any information about design/writing progress.

I think that if you don't want to be bothered by customers continuolsly, you should provide them a way to check your work progress.
If I had at least my site domain ready and template setup i won't be pissed off this way.

Anyway you declare a turnaround time of 15 days, but as I have seen you never respect it, you should change it to 30 days to stay safe.

Site is very good - nice clean design with premium theme, all the necessary pages - privacy, contact us etc.Some nice plugins installed.Provide my initial site optimization, article submission, social signals and bookmarks.
Content is great - very well written articles,very well chosen keywords which I think will shoot a site to the top with only a few good links.My site deliver a little later than the specified time,but I think it was worth the wait.
