P.S. - Are there any guarantees in regards to the amount of traffic? I mean like... Should I expect to get traffic without having to do any work? Or am I going to sign up and then 2-3 months down the road I'll still have now traffic?

To all those asking:
You still need to do SEO on the site. Obviously ranking an authority site is far more delicate and time consuming than a MNS. But it can be well worth it.
I put it like this:
Frank gets you 20 - 100 high CPC KWs and you also rank by default many other LSI and Long Tail KWs. So, the revenue potential is far more than a MNS. Plus, you need to keep adding content and KWs to it, making more money.
If a single MNS with a good KW can get you 30 +, 20 Articles are at least 240 +. No real magic here. Frank sets up a site, does the content, a little SEO and Social Sharing, and you are off to the races.
No service on BHW offers a ranked, ready to go, site. If you need that, you need Flippa or something to buy a site for quite a bit more money. But, if you have any SEO abilities and will work at all, you can nail this.
Anything you learn about authority sites still applies. This is a great service if you know what you are getting out of it.
