Service was terrible IMO.

First off, he sent me a main keyword that had $0 CPC. I showed him and he just said he was going to check with this keyword man.

Second, he was 10 days late. I ordered the small package on Aug 4 and he just delivered today. Then he sent me an email saying I need patience. Every week he said he was going to finish the theme today, and he would just keep postponing.

Third, the theme is terrible. I checked out the theme he used, and while its "premium", its EXTREMELY stripped down. I thought he used a free theme.

Only good thing was the on-page SEO and the articles.

1st - Keyword do have cpc but if don't that's ok. That was your extra keyword/article [FREE]

2 - Not 10 days, 5 days. We don't work on weekends. I apologize

3 - We have added around 2-4 themes. You can use any one of them.

4 - I am glad that you like on-page SEO and the articles.

REVIEW:

stfrank delivered everything as advertised. Unique content, hq theme. Well worth the money. Complete, professional and faster than I thought. Contact is efficient and I didn't encounter any misunderstandings or questionable behaviour. He's a nice guy and knows what he is doing. The only thing I would recommand working on in the future is keeping customers up to date on a more detailed level - what is going to happen when... when will you hear from us again... things like that. (Could also help reducing customer service efforts/costs while still keeping everyone happy and well informed). Just to make it clear. As I said communication overall is very good. I just noticed that being more detailed about what is going to happen and when the customer can expect the next update could improve the service on both sides.

So thank you for a good service.
