I went for the low package on July 5th and received my site on August 8th. The TAT was really slow based on the TAT for the low package that is advertised. That is my only real complaint about this service. There was a typo in the domain I received but it was a small mistake that was corrected so no big deal there.

Keywords: 10/10 - The keywords chosen for my site were very good.
Site: 9/10 - Simple looking but simple is good. This could turn into a REAL authority site with some work on my part.
Articles: 8/10 - Some grammatical errors but won't be too hard to fix.
TAT: 6/10 - My only complaint about this service.
Communication: 9/10 - Would have liked a little more updates on the delays.
Overall: 8.5/10 - The site has potential to make me some money in the future. So overall I'm happy. The only thing was that I received my site in twice the amount of time as advertised, in which communication about the delays would have made up for but I was left in the dark near the end of the process.

Other than my situation regarding the time it took for completion I recommend the service to anyone looking for a good base to get started promoting a good niche website.

Thanks for the reply stfrank, since I can't PM yet, I'll just post it here..

1. How will we access our domain registrar?
2. Since I want to use my own hosting, how would that work? Would you install it onto my hosting account?
3. Do I just give you my adsense account and you will put the adsense on the site for me or would I do that myself?
4. What kind of CMS will you be using for the sites? Wordpress would be more preferred on my part.
5. Do you offer giving us a low competition niche instead of us providing our own niche?
