This is actually a very good price for what you get. I did my newest site 100% manually (with the same specs as their $500 pack) and I spent $300 on just the content alone. They have a great 0.75CPC (Mine ends up to average like 0.20CPC). I can see these sites making a ton of cash. Or even better, buy it, let it sit for a bit and start earning $50+ a month and sell it for a big profit.
