I am using Blue Angel Host and I can say they are a very good webhost. Their support is great, my site was down because one wordpress issue and they have solved it. Although it is not their area of work.

The whole system has been down for at least 5 hours ! Can't even submit a ticket. Please let me know what's going on. Thanks

sorry for late reply and for the downtime, we got some big enemy :p we are getting DDOSS of about ~500MBPS on our shared web server and the main hosting site, by some how the main site is online and we are still working on shared server right now, we are trying to trace out the source of attack.
what we have got till now that for 6 hours we got multiple attacks
UDP DDoS with zombie bot nets, tcp, httpd

we are working on it in few hours all the sites will be normal sorry for the inconvenience

yeah those bastards always hit the shared servers hard.. i started putting super security on my wordpress blogs.. May have to do it on Magento also as I will be transferring soon.

Thanks for your reply. I can see the progress, as my site titles are coming up but not the rest of the page yet.
 
yup came to check cause I checked my stats adn realised I havent made anymoney in the last 5 hours. You guys are aware and fixing it so that good.
 
just an update that our shared web server is still under minor DDOSS attack of about ~50MBPS which is not a big issue now, we are waiting for some network changes from our Data Center then we will rebuild our firewalls and will block the unwanted ips.
