I bought this offer and it's not worth the money. Indianbill07 delivered views and comments as requested, but they got deleted after a couple of days. He promised to refill them , and he never did. Though this was more than a month ago.

And the youtube video didn't rank higher. In fact the vides that I upload and just buy normal views for rank much better than what his videos are doing.
