Hi, it's black hat, it can never be 100% safe. It all depends on how you use it. I do 6 packages dripped over 4 days through redirects. It works for both - money sites and as tier 2. It also works very well for rep management campaigns.

I can drip feed 4, 10, 15 or 30 days. All blogs are indexed and all. Blog networks will always work in my opinion because Google cannot devalue juice coming from blogs since large portion of internet pages is generated by blogs.

Hi, I cannot give samples of blogs, sorry. Imagine content that is not readable at all. I use black hat stuff for the power of links, not to get links from pages with good content. Power is in quantity. I always point to my money sites though my sites are bank and tank type of sites. If you want to be on the safe side, build links through 301 redirects. Content can be anywhere from 300 to 1000 words long.
