I normally use 5 packages (1,500 blog posts) targeting 100~ keywords for my own sites. They work very well for money sites but due to the nature of the blog posts, we all know that once the links leave homepage, they lose some power so rankings might drop a bit in 2 or 4 weeks sometimes. For my own sites, I have never got deindexed or penalised really ... and I do not provide reports, sorry.
