Is there any advice/manual what to do when getting "browser.exe crashed" in windows 8? it actually froze the account signup.

EDIT: actually it seems only the gui/user interface froze because it looks like it did finish the account creation after all

Is there no help-page or manual on what to do when browser.exe crashes freeze the account-signup-program? I know senuke had massive problems with these and had a help-page with some windows-programs to get and some suggested IE configuration but I cant find it anymore.Thx

Im still not sure why you insist on asking support questions on the BHW sales thread. Everytime we direct you to support. We don't check this thread very often. Theres no need for documentation. The browser.exe popups should close on their own and account creation should continue as normal. If you are having big issues with this then contact support.

The second suggestion I want to add is, I want to be able to (somehow) mark finished project.
This can be done by leaving a field for simple note.
Why is this necessary? Because of building Tier 2 links.
That way I want to know which of the link I have imported for Tier 2 link building.
I forget where I was with link building too often now. (See example: http://prntscr.com/6kczzq).

Believe me, many users will find this features handy throughout time.
I know you are quite busy but please, take my notes into consideration.

I am considering getting FCS and using it in conjunction with GSA to build out web 2.0s. I read through the threads and found a few reviews and such, but I am wondering if anyone has any best practices they use when building their 2.0s with these tools? I would like to know if anyone is having good success using the 2.0s as T1 with GSA serving as T2/3. How deep are the 2.0s you build, meaning how many articles do you typically place on them and so forth.

My friend ask me help him with some backlink, so I was order starter pack of FCS for 1 month and create some projects for him.
After month, I re login to collect reports but my account was inactivated.
So I create a support ticket #5542 to ask FCS send reports to my email.

We did answer you at support. When you cancel your account at FCS it means you lose access to the system. All reports, links ect... should be downloaded before your account closes. This is standard practice for monthly services. We've gone ahead and sent you your link reports. In the future users should download any info from the system before their account closes.
