Same here. New account suspended in one week and we didn't even use it!
I will tell you exactly what happened so you think twice before losing 85 dollars for a useless account:
- October 10. Buy account from this guy.
- October 10. Get new computer so google can't relate new account to me.
- October 11. Access new account from a coffee shop so ip and everything is different.
We accessed just to change password and check that the account works.
- Today. Tried access new account to create our first app, but account was already suspended with "Prior Violations" since a week ago.
- Contacted mathewsassn on skyp*e because he was online and he just went offline without answering.
The account probably was suspended because he created a lot of accounts with the same card or same computer or whatever. I understand that this can happen. But not giving your customers a new account when it wasn't their fault is just ridiculous, or a scam.

1)Every my old clients know,we sent the trade rule before first trade.once u access the accs,there is no more guarrantee.We have told u very clear about the risk if u wanna use mutile accs.
2)Our skype is online 24hours daily,but we cannt.We work over 15hours daily,so every message should be replid asap except holidays.
3)You dont know how to use mutile accs safely,so plz dont only complaint.u use a public computer,then say it is new.(it is new for u,but not new for google).and u use a public ip(I dont know how many guys using the google serivce there,and u say it is new)
4)U contact me 14days later for your issue,I dont think there would be any seller give u replacement.
5)We sell Google Play accs over 6 years and have many regular clients worldwidely.They all enjoy our serivce and gain good profit with it.Unique IP,Unique Card,Unique phone number we use for every acc.Never change these six years.
