So, I have loved this service. However, two days ago, I had to reboot my server and ever since then the server won't stay up for longer than 40 minutes. I have put in service requests and have not heard anything. I have had a unanswered service request that is two months old about my expired windows needing to be reactivated.

After reading in this thread, it appears I am not the only person this is happening to.

I cancelled my service today.

I had the same problem. No support and server only stays online for an hour or so.

The service provider says that you must provide the licence key for windows.

This guy is a CROOK. My account has been useless for months now because the Windows license is expired. I've opened multiple tickets and they don't even bother to reply. I paid for a year in advance and have basically flushed all that money down the toilet. Actually flushing the money down the toilet would have been better than handing it over to a lying crook. RUN--don't walk away from this provider!
