Still waiting on my books. I have not had any contact from the seller since I placed my order 17 days ago.

Please send my books or provide a full refund within the next 24 hours or I will be forced to escalate the matter.

There has been a lot of misconduct on my part certainly and for that I apologize, your books will be in your inbox within 24 hours for sure. I have sent you a PM.

Being in similar situations myself before I can see how she might be freaking out, trying to get everything in order.

Just wait a few days and I am sure you will start seeing people post that they got the books and they were good.

Can I give you an ebook and have you do all your research from that ebook for my chosen topic.

For instance I have an ebook and effective fat loss that worked for me.

Could I just send you that ebook and have you write my 10,000 word ebook from the information that you find in there?

I just wanted to confirm that AlexaR finished my ebook. I have read it and uploaded it to the Kindle store. I am satisfied with the writing and I especially like that she ended it with a cliffhanger so it could possibly be continued later (I ordered a fiction ebook).

The only downside of the service was the longer wait, but AlexaR explained me her Internet and computer problems. I guess it could have happened to anyone, it was just bad luck that it happened when she opened her Marketplace thread.

Overall, I am satisfied with the service, especially because I got the full package (ebook + description + cover) so I was able to upload it immediately to the Kindle Marketplace without any hassle.

Still haven't received any of the four books I ordered three weeks ago. Hopefully you are trying, but this is getting ridiculous.

Missing a delivery date is one thing, but at this point it seems debatable whether I will be getting anything at all.

How about this:

On Monday, send me whatever portion of my order you have completed as evidence you are actually working on it. If you have another unexpected internet problem then you can PM me the raw text of the book(s).

Assuming you are making progress and have something to send, then we can discuss an honest and realistic delivery date.

If you don't have at least 25 percent of my order completed at this point (after taking three times as long as promised), then I can't see how you could possibly complete my order while accepting new business.

I will continue to provide public feedback through this thread as we work through your performance issues.

I have sorted out the issues with my ISP finally! After changing my modem, trying to look through my wiring and other nonsense, they discovered it was caused by a "node", whatever that means. Either way, my connection seems stable and I have now a 3G backup just in case.

All pending orders are ready, I will be uploading all finished packages throughout the evening/day and will be sending a downloadable ZIP by PM.

I am fully conscious of what an absolute mess this whole thing has been, and I just want to assure you that the intention was never to underdeliver or scam, on the contrary, in the attempt to overdeliver, the unforeseen difficulties made all viable plans collapse.

I will be responding to all contact requests via PM, I just wanted to touch base first.

I have definitely learnt from my mistakes and all future orders will have a series of security measures in place so that none of this happens again.
