Dear Serp Killa,

I am on page one for my 3 word (keyword)... Positions 3,4,5, and 7.

Position 3 is a video
Position 4 is a press release
Position 5 is the money site - main website
Position 7 is an ebay site

Google Adwords Tool:
Keyword: Broad 1300 global/1000 local
Keyword: Phrase 590/590
Keyword: Exact 390/ 390

The Website is over 10 years old

My two main competitors: #1 position - fairly new site (loaded themselves with a ton of backlinks)
#2 position - older site 10+ years (fewer backlinks)

Sidenote: Bing and Yahoo are listing me at #2 for the keyword I mentioned above and I get almost as many hits from bing as I do google. Let me know what you think.

Obviously, I'd like to hear your thoughts - my business is not rolling in cash at all

However, I believe with a move up to #1 or #2 it would be a different story. Look forward to hearing from you. I also, have seemed to avoid the latest google update.

Just an update on the service - we are no longer using Tumblr blogs. Instead we are using Blog.com and Soup.io for Top Level Properties.

Communications and response was top notch. The report was slightly delayed however was always informed of this and the reason for it.

Report was provided in xls and detailed, well layed out and provided all the necessary info of the properties.

Quality: The properties were all created on high PR, authority web 2.0 sites as mentioned I got the blog and soup properties in his revised offering. I would say these properties are much better than your typica web 2.0 packages (even those advertised as premium, and unique content). Firstly the content was VERY well researched in the niche. The writing quality was excellent for the price. Not only were some of the article factually correct and displayed a high degree of technical, the style of writing was very natural and 'real' especially the introductory post. Close to native writer quality. All top tier properties passed copyscape

Anchors and linking from all the properties is done well. Perfect in-content placement with good flow. Theme and colours are unique from stock templates, however are basic (don't expect much).

Overall very glad and highly recommend this service. The properties are setup very well and will be ones I'll definitely keep updating and adding authority too.

I got an agency review copy from politico way back when (he delivered on April 18), but unfortunately I dropped the ball and didn't get the review out until now. My apologies.

Communication from politico was great, even when communication from me wasn't. (And after he had my money. Isn't that a nice change of pace!). Great seller IMO.

The top level properties in this BST are high quality, simply put. The content definitely surpassed my expectations. Relevant images, embedded video, theme edits and unique content that is actually useful make these Web 2.0s and articles stand out. Domains are as advertised - a selection of the highest PR domains in their respective areas. A mix of social signals pointing at these is a nice touch.

The volume layer article was also pretty high quality and then spun well.

The report I got is a mix of a .xls and .txt files, and is very well organized and easy to work with.

Unfortunately in my case the main keyword (very high comp insurance related niche) didn't gain any positions, and actually slid from 20 to 34. A number of the keyword variations improved, but overall it was more or less a wash. C'est la vie.

thanks for the great review WCO12! I'm sorry to hear about your main keyword slipping but glad your other kws got some traction. We do take the utmost care to make sure all links built are super high quality as you mentioned in your review. Did you have any other linkbuilding going to the site recently? Did it occur around the time of the penguin update?
