Any type of sites. Unlike some other sellers (not many of us though) we do not have restrictions - our sticky rate is 98% as of today - for both new and old sites - so no reason to worry about "is my site right". Wikipedia links are good for any sites - they cant harm you really, only bring good stuff.

Traffic link is guaranteed to be placed on English Wikipedia - we aim at pages with 3K+ visits a month whenever possible (depends on niche). Such pages get easily republished in other open encyclopedia projects delivering some quality and targeted traffic. As much as we cannot guarantee visitors - we guarantee English page placement with highest monthly viewers base possible to get. Wikipedia tend to send traffic though - it was mentioned multiple times on blogs etc.
SEO link is a link that most likely will be placed on Simple English Wikipedia - which has much smaller traffic but still holds all pros of Wikipedia. Its content also is English so you wont get link from foreign page.
Once placed both links (or its pages) gets drip feed bookmarks over some period of time - such a content tend to get upvoted so might send indirectly send traffic to.

It depends - if we will find suitable page - we will edit it and post comment there.
If w will not find any interesting place - we will create brand new page.
We cannot guarantee one or another as it depends on keyword, difficulty and availability of resources.
