This is one of the most comprehensive link researching software suites I have ever laid hands on. Calling the ammount of data backlink miner puts at your finger tips simply "advantageous" would be a sure understatement. Further more, it's one thing to have the data, but to have it in such an organized and beautifully displayed interface takes the pain out of managing and sorting big data. I would give the Overall rating of this suite a solid 8.5/10 reserving 1.5 points for any feature additions and upgrades this toolset may see in its future.

Wow! Thanks for the great review! I can end my day on a high note :-)

I have used this tool only for a few days but am already certain that it's going to be a part of my arsenal for a long time to come. Backlink miner does what it says - and does it extremely well. It's easy to use user interface make it a pleasure to use while the speed with which it can help you identify backlinking opportunities is simply staggering. Highly recommended.

Just sent you a PM. I didn't get your message so I assume you sent to Josh?

For technical support you can send your questions to me.

Thanks!

Just sent new PMs, Guys anybody have issue with launching soft?

Got your messages and we're still trying to figure it out.

Some people running VPS are having the same issue as you, but others running VPS are not. I know you are running Windows 7 and we have not had others report issues running on that OS yet. I have 2 VPS. One works the other doesn't and so far I haven't been able to find the difference between the two. Add to that my laptop is Windows 7 like yours and it works fine on my end.

Just to be clear a very small portion of people are experiencing this issue but it is still very important to me to figure this out.

I'm tearing my hair out on this. It is top priority.

And my partner tried on MAC with virtual box, usign windows xp, it even doesn't launches for license entering...

I think there is something in windows files, on some windows os there are not these files and that why it doesnt launches, i think so.

Thanks for the additional details. I'm in a Team Viewer session right now with the developers trying to pinpoint the problem. Will update as I learn more.

Can you make a guide on how to use the tool to find "gems" (like people said above) to create high quality links?

I am looking at the 1000 results and don't know what to do with them. The high authority & low OBL links are mostly not web2.0 links.

I watched your official video but it only shows how we can tell if a competitor uses link networks, but not much on how we can duplicate their successes.

Whenever I click the start button its shows Authentication failed. I have already added seams ape and not using any proxies.

Mac,
One feature request that I've seen very very few tools do, and one that I think will set you far and apart from many out there...

Do link neighborhood comparisons..ie, input in top 5 competitors for a search term, scrape backlinks for the top 5 and then do a venn diagram of sorts to show which links are shared amongst the top 5. It's a great way to see right away which backlinks you should target for a site if the authority sites are all using them. Just a suggestion

Will be purchasing this very soon. From all the feedback here you can't go wrong. Will post a review when purchased and used.

I like this idea! I've actually got something similar in my ideas notebook I sketched out a while back. There are a few tools like this I would like to add and am thinking of going the route of how Scrapebox has Addons for various tools that might not fit in the main layout interface easily.

Here is a video I put together explaining all of the metrics in detail (what they are, why we collect them , how you could use them, etc) It's a beast of a video but you can skip around to the metrics you are most interested in.

I'll also work on the video requested above, I'll brainstorm a few possibilities over the weekend and get cracking early next week.

That would be a great idea, with the addons. Make the tool alot more flexible than one confined to their original code..plus I'm sure it would make updating easier.

I also really love this idea. Just waiting for the boss to give me the green light and then I am going to purchase :)

Just so that you guys can see where I'm coming from, I've already done a ton of research in this area and have successfully done it as well..with a ton of legwork. See here -

http://justinbriggs.org/how-visualize-open-site-explorer-data-in-gephi

Now, that' visual representation which is pure AWESOMENESS for contextual understanding. However, I think you guys are pulling enough data from different networks to do diff/alike comparisons and filter it to a column view. Again, just an idea :)

edit: that is not my site listed above, just one I used in a bunch of my research
