My sentiments exactly. Alien, why is it so hard to get a hold of you. A simple hey I am here on Skype and I am on top of it is all you need say. Again and Again, you do such good work, but your communication does not reflect it.

He spent over an hour with me to fix our billing issues and got the modified keyword list to begin work on immediately. So while he is hard to get a hold of, he does get the job done.

Hard to get a hold of at time, but quality of work is solid. Everybody seems to be going with Team 2. I recommend him.

Will you provide a sample report? for medium and low competitive keywords? will you have first page guarantee?

hmmm i'm now working with this service for 3 months but i don't know what to think of it
My rankings have improved a bit, but not very much. I don't see/get any reports of what work has been done
Communication is hard with alien and it takes days to get a response

First off, I am not getting paid to say this. I agree he is very hard to get a hold of. He has the keyword report online. So you need to get your login and password to the site. He does get the job done though. I have tried many other out there and so far he has been the best. I have used 3 vendors including him and he is the one decided to stick with.

Alien, a number of your loyal customers have told you to make it easier for us to get a hold of you, but this is where you are really lacking. You do such good work but you do a very poor job in responding. A+ for results and C- for communication.
