All links I am selling are sold on the Basis of PR and not on the Basis of P/A and D/A and sites can have P/A ranging from 01 to 30.
Bonus links which I am giving with my 50 and 100 links package have average P/A of 40. Bonus links have PR of 0-3.
We have no refund policy and we have total of 10-15 categories and there are total of 1000 sites in the network now. We cannot create a new category on every niche as its not possible. You can give relevant content if you feel that we do not have proper sites in your niche or you can mention a specific category.

But aren't you falsely advertising your service as niche relevant when all the links Bookmarc got weren't related to his site? It's not about the results.. but its about what you advertise the service to be. Some people STRICTLY want niche relevant links.. irrelevant of the fact that they may get results or not.

As far as my network is concerned , I have close to 1000 sites in the network having PR1+ and most of them have PR2-3. I have close to 15 categories from which I give links to my clients and moreover I deliver homepage links. I also provide reports which is a big point as my clients can see what they are getting. Other service providers in the BST thread only provide links in the footer or in the blog post and they also do not provide reports. I am providing service on a fixed priced which is a big edge for my clients as they do not have to pay for links on monthly basis. The main issue with the above client is niche relevant links. He as his site on astrology and I provided him links from business and other relevant categories. One cannot create sites for astrology niche. Would you be able to tell me the category for astrology?

I would tell the clients in advance about the categories which are available and my clients can choose the category and I would place links in that category. This client is only pushing on the refund, I have offered him contextual links as well but he is still pushing on the refund. I do not know the exact reason but I am giving him the refund and I have told him that he should better think twice before ordering any service.

Thanks for the suggestion Leith, for this reason I would tell the categories to all my clients or he can tell his category himself. In the past I delivered the links on best possible relevant category or if I there is no category then I had to place links in business category.

That is the reason why Bookmarc had an issue in the first place - the fact that you place the links inside business categorised sites instead of putting it on something similar to his, AS YOU CLAIM, in your sales thread.

Anyways, I just wanted to get that point through. It's better to keep a customer happy, than to run after the money in my opinion.

Thanks for taking a look into my thread again. You seem to be pretty much interested in the service. I would send the name of the categories to each client and he can decide the category in which he wants his links to be placed in. I have total of 15 categories and 1000 sites in total. The service has been misunderstood and I would like to tell here that other contractors in BHW are not providing the reports. I am providing reports and my clients would be able to see where their links are placed and its pretty much transparent with nothing hidden on the back.
