I provide links on the basis of PR. My clients were able to rank their sites on page1 with 50 links. Links would stay on homepage for more than two years and minimum guarantee is 1 year. Other service providers provide links in the form of blog posts links which move to PR0 pages after a day. We also provide full reports....most of the service providers dont provide reports.

As far as Sample links are concerned. You would be able to get full report and you have take a look on all sites your self.

It depends on your requirement. I can do it for you as well. You can also opt for blogroll links........ You can choose between the lowest OBL links..I will provide links on sites with OBL count as low as 50 and you can also opt for high PR links as much as possible and I would deliver PR3-4 links in good quantity.
