I just looked at Analytics and saw where the traffic is coming from. It's coming from unrelated popular video suggestions. I ordered "High retention, Views are watching at least 80% of the video", however the average watched percentage of the video was 1 minute out of 29 minutes which is 3.5% of the video watched, that's pretty far from 80% promised.

So you did not deliver what was promised, can I please get a refund?
