I ordered the Large package from this guy for a Amazon page with an established link profile and didnt see any results.
Before buying these links my amazon page wasnt ranking for the choosen keywords and after a month of these links it still wasnt ranking.
The keywords I was targeting were high traffic keyword - 20 - 30k searches, however I thought SAPE links were supposed to be magic...
I didnt get a link report so I dont know if he placed the links and they dont work or take longer than a month to work - or he didnt post the links at all.

SAPE links are fantastic but for very competitive keywords you will need to do some additional work. You should get some high authority links like what you can get from one of your PBNs and SEO Maximus is great for consistent linking. Consistent linking is important because is shows Google that the page has popularity and is consistently getting attention.
