Great product!

I purchased it this weekend, and got to play with it yesterday. If you need a wiki poster, this is the one you need to get.

I was able to sign up to over 3,000 sites in little more than 10 minutes.
Verified emails in another 5 to 10 minutes.
Posted to 3,000+ sites in 10 to 15 minutes.

I really like the WikiBase feature, it makes it easy, so I don't have to scrape for sites.

I would like one feature, the ability to use directory articles with the Title in the 1st line. I have Kontent Machine, but would like to use Articles with the title in the 1st line instead of the file name. If you could add that, it would be great.

Thanks for the great product!

Thanks for the nice words. :) I've passed your feature request to our dev team. It will be implemented in one of the upcoming updates (probably the next one).

@everyone else: thanks for all the new orders, last week was a great one! :)

Hi,

I plan to buy WikiRobot this week but now I'm on trial. Quick question is that, is it normal for the success rate to stay at 40% and all the link is not found? Again, I'm on trial.

Just want to make sure I got it right before I make a purchase.

Thanks so much

There are so many variables that determine success rate that it's impossible to tell what's normal and what's not without more data. What I can tell you is that with WikiBase, good proxies, good captcha solving services, good email account and good retry/delay options (these are especially important since people usually don't wait between registration and email confirmation and some servers need up to a day to deliver confirmation mail) you'll get about 80% +- 10% success rate.

I do everything as the video instruct. I will buy it anyway. But I would like to ask about the verification of the link, it's all not working. Is it normal? From 40% that I got, none of the link is working.

Well, again it depends on the sites used, but I find it weird that not a single link would get verified. What kind of sites are you using? If you want, you can send us Database.sdf and log.txt files located in your WikiRobot installation directory (usually C:\Program Files\WikiRobot\) to [email protected] and we'll take a look at it for you. You can also add me on skype: vision2003 if you have any other questions. ;)

Hey,

Just downloaded the 5 day trial and went thru the video. Pretty easy stuff to get up and running. However, I use Kontent Machine and am wondering if you have integration support for that.

And if I used Word AI - would it just automatically pull from Word AI?

Basically enter in Word AI user/pass and it just starts to publish content?

I'm not really sure how that would work. Do they provide an API for us to integrate with them or something?

WordAI is integrated, however WordAI is a spinner not a content provider. Basically you enter your article and then click rewrite - WikiRobot then sends the article to WordAI and gets the spun version back.

  • only WikiRobot memory usage (instead of whole system usage) is now shown in resource monitor
  • database will be checked for corruption size each time WikiRobot is started
  • improved connection library
  • fixed html parsing of some unusual sites crashing WikiRobot
You can manually trigger the update process by going into Help / Check For Updates or by restarting WikiRobot.

Just wanted to let you guys know that we've issued an emergency update that fixes unexpected crashes caused by our obfuscator.

Great update! Thanks for the "title" in the first line.

FYI - I requested this feature and they added it in a few days. This developer cares about his product. It is the best wiki bot on the market.

what you guys actually use to create the content for wikis?

That would be better answered by our users as they actually use the tool, but we can give you some ideas. KontentMachine, WAC, Auto Content Writer and many more. WikiRobot also has a scraping feature that gets articles from article directories, but those are usually not of the best quality and we don't really recommend using them.

Thanks. And yes, we do listen to our users and have implemented pretty much everything requested by our users that was doable and we though made sense. ;)

  • several other fixes
You can manually trigger the update process by going into Help / Check For Updates or by restarting WikiRobot.

I downloaded the trial but after installation it says "your license cannot be loaded" and doesn't open at all.

Sorry about that. The reason is that we're desperately trying to obfuscate WikiRobot as more and more people are trying to crack it. Unfortunately it's impossible to test all scenarios and these kind of things happen.

p.s. - could you please uninstall WR, redownload the trial and try again? If that doesn't work please add me on Skype - my username is: vision2003

Vouch for this software & i like the customer Support

Thanks. :)

On the side note - some of you had problems with version 1.0.18 that causes WikiRobot not to start or crash immediately after start. We've just released an update that fixes that. If you were affected and can't start WikiRobot you have 2 choices:

a) Run wyUpdate.exe file located in your WikiRobot installation directory (it's usually
C:\Program Files\WikiRobot\). This will trigger the update and after the update all should
be fine. You might need to repeat this process if you're coming from an older version until
you reach version 1.0.19.

b) Uninstall your current version and download and install the latest one from our server. Be sure to backup your current Database.sdf (it contains all of your projects and settings). After you install the latest version, copy the Database.sdf you've just backed up over the one that comes with installer. You can get the latest WikiRobot here:
