We have the option to do slow views and fast views, so you can choose how long each order would take using those two options. Slow views is 1000 views a day and fast is 50k+ a day. As for where views come from, it depends which you choose.


Several things have happened in the last 36 hours. For starters YT patched some peoples methods and was banning videos. I was changing the delivery and I was making things as safe as they possibly can be because my priority if keeping videos from being banned over speed. We finished fixing that though and videos are being delivered to. I apologize for the brief delay.

Due to everyone being patched we have received and insane influx in orders that we could barely handle. That's why I've been tweaking things all day, optimizing it for larger amount of views and raised prices to lower the ordered volume daily. If anyone wants a refund due to the delay and hasn't gotten any views yet, just let me know. But do keep in mind that to my knowledge we are one of the only ones delivering views still.


I just added both effect subscribers orders into our brand new ratings delivery system. Really sorry for the delay! Just more changes YT made which effected that delivery. That is now back 100% with our new delivery and all future orders will be 100% and your orders and others not completed yet we are catching up on now.


We do everything we can to make our delivery as safe as possible, but unfortunately this is part of the business right now until we get to the bottom of what is causing it. We can not assure that videos won't be deleted, unfortunately. I apologize for the inconvenience and if you send me the links I can stop and refund the ones in there. This does not happen very often, but it does happen sometimes. Again, sorry about that.


All is well again now. I think we finally have things stable with the patch/sudden influx of orders etc.


This guy is probably the most ridiculous and unreasonable person I've ever dealt with. To start things off, he adds me on Skype. He's one of those guys who calls through Skype to get your attention as if I'm ignoring him. Told him not to do that again. Then today, he asked me 5 times if I was there. I clearly say in my Skype status that if you have a question to please ask and be detailed because I'm super busy. So after the 5th: are you there? I finally said I don't answer am I here? If you have a question, just ask it. So then after that, he says one thing, doesn't even give me ten minutes and then does this:

And at that point I was fed up. I told him I was blocking him after he complained about me taking 5 hours to answer his spam asking if I was there. I think me answering in 5 hours is more than enough. I have to sleep, I have other clients etc. I don't just have one person on my Skype. So I decided to block him after he was telling me I should hire support and spamming me etc. when I answered him within 5 hours... This guy is ridiculous, beware sellers. Scam you? That's a joke. No one did anything, I blocked you because of your behavior. If you want a refund, send me the transaction ID and anything not yet completed will be stopped and refunded. Don't come in here bashing my service because you got blocked for being childish spamming etc.

I'm not the only one bashing your service. $13 really is nothing to me, but it really pisses me off how you blocked me before you gave me my refund. When people offer support on skype, it's so you can be contacted quickly. It doesn't matter if you have other customers. I just wanted a refund. It wasn't something that was going to take an hour. Your skype says to get to the point. WELL GUESS WHAT? YOU WEREN'T EVEN REPLYING. A refund takes minutes.

I made a suggestion to get another person to help you (bigbuddy, youtubesupply, all have more than one person for the same reason), but instead he blocks me. That's hilarious. Your system clearly said 0 views added. So instead of adding the money back to balance, I'm left with 0 lol. Also, I still had 0 views after 24 hours. You don't know the meaning of patience. I'm finished here.

QUICK UPDATE:
I've been up all night fixing and tweaking fast views. YouTube did yet another patch after their one 3 days ago, which effected our updated system. Didn't know until just a bit ago, given that once doing things you have to wait for it to update... However, we are fixing it and will hopefully be back within the next 24 hours, I just am not sure, so don't hold me to that time frame. Our slow views are still working perfectly fine, they are just slow, as advertised.

Literally everyone in the world is hit by these recent YouTube updates and it's just chaos everywhere. I am working around the clock to get fast views working properly again and all orders completed. Anyone who wants their orders stopped and refunded, that hasn't been delivered to, just PM me the link and your account email or paypal email so I can refund you. Do keep in mind going elsewhere to purchase won't do anything though, given that no one is doing views. Or, you can have your order transferred to our slow system which is delivering views still. I apologize for the confusion with me thinking things were running all last night, when nothing worked do to their new patch. It has been tough for us YT suppliers, but I will be working non-stop around the clock until our speed is back. Again, really sorry for the confusion, I do not mislead people on purpose. When you think things are fine and working, it takes 6-12 hours to really know they are not, given that YT doesn't update in real time... Sorry guys, I'm on it though.

unlike the rest of the negative comments, I'd just like to personally thank you for your service/customer support. people here need to realize that you arnt at fault here, you're "at the mercy of youtube" and you are doing everything in your power to fix the issues. To date, you are the most honest, responsive supplier, so i'd like to thank you for that. I've asked for refunds in the past, you've supplied them with no questions asked.

We're all frustrated here but we need to realize that you're spending countless hours trying to stay up to date with the countless updates from youtube.

Although your customer support is not fast, you do respond. You're obviously busy beyond belief and so its understandable that you are not going to have immediate responses. Your responses are honest (unlike 99% of all the other suppliers i've worked with).

Thanks for being one of the most honest suppliers I've worked with to date.

I'm very sorry for the delay in response. Here's what's going on:
Our views are still working fine, the Fast Views system was no longer working, so we got rid of that and transferred all links into our one delivery server. The views are coming in slow as of now, but we are increasing traffic, buying anything we can from anywhere and everywhere. Due to needing more traffic, we are paying significantly more to generate views, so we have raised prices for everyone. Keep in mind that EVERYONE on the web is hit by this recent patch and we are the only one accurately delivering views.


You have some options:
1) Keep all videos in the system and be patient as we increase traffic and catch up on all orders
2) Get a full refund for your order and then attempt to find someone else who is doing views, which no one is.
3) If you're not happy with paying more for fast views, but now getting only steady views as we increase traffic, you can also request a full refund. We are losing money on the fast orders we took, but are still filling them. Due to recent changes on YT, it's much more difficult to do views, so it costs us significantly more to do each view.


Any complaints about not getting the fast views, will just be stopped and refunded. I can not control what YouTube does and unfortunately they have hit everyone but us this time, and this is all I can do? I'm working non-stop to increase traffic so everyone gets their views faster, but please keep in mind that views are moving and like I said, there's really not much option, you either get the steady views that we are doing, or you get a refund and no views, because no one else is able to deliver. This is an extremely tough situation and I'm doing everything I can to handle the massive amount of orders coming in and get views delivered on all videos.

No social networking sites as of now. We will be adding this customization back once we are sure things are stable for a little while. There are far too many issues in the YT views business right now to start allowing customizations, so I'm playing it safe for now.
