Are you sure you haven't used free credits before? We have a very complex system to prevent exploiters and when our system recognizes that you've already used your free credits, it will not allow you to do it again.

Yeah, sorry about that. Was just one days problem. YouTube made a big patch which caused issues to our delivery. Glad we could get it figured out and everything is back to normal now, thanks!

We never under deliver and sometimes we over deliver more than normal. Since YouTube doesn't update views in real time, it's difficult to know when to stop delivery.
