"You already have the maximum quantity available for this product." i tried with 100,000 and 250,000 views.

then i tried with world wide views but after i entered my paypal info it said my country (germany) is known for fraud

are there any other sites that are as cheap or almost as cheap as rushviews?

I'm not sure about local ranking increases if you buy views targeting a certain country. Usually the more likes, favs, comments and views you buy, the higher your video ranks. It's hard to say though because YouTube is very unpredictable with ranking videos.
