Yes there are none customers who havent got the API access sometime activation takes more then 24 hours to prevent fraud or stolen paypal usage , many customer just fill some random name and address that doesnt match there paypal account details we hold those order to 24-36 even till 48 hours to make sure they are not fraudulent orders i am sorry for the problems some genuine customer face bcoz of this.. also i again would like to mention please always check api info at http://billing.spamvilla.com/ with your registered email id and password, i am available at skype also for chat support/technical or in case of any problem skype is kelvinthechamp (without dot with dot is some imposter skype id please dont add that)
