Well, for each CSEO plan, we can target as many keywords as you'd like, but we can only target 1 page (URL) per order.

You can definitely rank the same landing page for several keywords, as long as your website is properly optimized for each keyword/phrase.

Yes, I was talking about organic traffic from Google or any other similar search engine.

On average, most clients take between 2 and 6 months to achieve first page rankings on Google. The larger the CSEO plan, usually the faster the results.
