You can change and update your keywords whenever you like, but one month of SEO may not be enough time to get you to the first page of Google.
SEO is not a sprint race. It's more like a marathon.
The time it will take to rank rest on several factors, but roughly my customers achieve top 10 rankings within 2-6 months of service.
We do everything we can to make sure it's on the shorter end of this timeframe. But since this is an organic, natural, white hat method where we're waiting on Google to take action, there is no promise of the timeframe to complete this phase.
If you plan to rotate your keywords/URL now and then, I'd suggest switching only after you've achieved your desired rankings.
