Geez man, for real? At least take a minute to go through the posts in the thread and you MIGHT eventually notice the product and its support are in knockdown for months.

Guys, I can vouch for this software. Not sure why his developer stabbed him in the back, but when this software is in working order, there is absolutely NOTHING LIKE IT! I came here to inquire about why my software was no longer working, and I initially thought it could have been due to me swapping my hard-drive into my newer laptop (I cracked the monitor of my old one, plus it was time for an upgrade, anyway), but then I thought it should still work. I have a lifetime license, but hadn't needed to use the software for a while, because I have several successful sites up and running. I recently started dating this girl, and she's interested in learning how to build profitable websites, and so I go to use the software, and it didn't load, which brought me here, but I now understand why.
Guys, Joe is a good person. I've had several, several questions in the past, and he was able to answer them and give me great feelings of a peace of mind. Please bare with him. His developer did something rotten to him, and please understand how this could be a rather heavy setback to overcome. He could probably use our support, rather than our non-constructive criticism. His software is certainly worth it. If he says November, let's just wait it out and allow him to be a man of his word. In the meantime, there are plenty of other keyword tools available, until his is ready.

This is very sad, he needs to get his mates to fight his battles for him and pledge his case ...with all due respect mate the OP (your friend) doesn't seem to care and why should i fork out even more money for another keyword tool when i have already paid for one? ..with all due respect

I thought the OP said he was going to give all Niche Cracker's previous customers the new service for free (and I am not his friend, just saying).
well when you defend him so blindly i consider that friendship mate
...all i am saying is come out and say something to your pis*ed off customers every now and then, stop hiding ..i am not the only one feeling this way (by the way)and he wont be giving! the new version for free, we have already paid for it.. just like with any program with a lifetime license any upgrade is part of your license, its not free, its paid for. (just saying)

I don't know the man, so how can he be my friend? I'm not happy to loose the software either, but I think we should give him the chance to stand by his word. I'm sure you would want the same in his position.
I think mildly disappointed is how I feel tbh, but I'm not going to let this ruin any of my days.

@FedUp, I cannot say that I'm Joe's friend. Like you, I am a customer. It just so happens that I purchased my license of the software when it actually was working, and quite well. Also, like you, I'm disheartened by this situation. It is inconvenient. It's inconvenient for not only myself, but also for any new business I'd like to embark on, that deals with keyword research. I stand behind this product because from the time I had been able to use it, I've been extremely satisfied, and earned my investment back, multiple times over, from using this product.
As James2 stated, losing this software is disappointing, but don't let it cause you to not give the man a chance to stand by & honor his word. Sometimes things happen. Give him the opportunity to stand by his word and fix it, as he said he would. That's all. I'd say the same for you, if you created something that I used faithfully for MONTHS, and you suffered a hiccup.
@Tosmek, that's just it i have just started getting things right in the marketing affiliate world and i have invested all! my money into it and i do not have any money left to buy a new keyword tool, and now! is the critical time having the keyword tool i paid for ....i am glad you and james are only "mildly" disappointed but for me it was critical to have this tool working at this point of time
Google planner is to time consuming to search for the keywords by hand so that's why i bought this keyword tool in the first place.
I guess what erked me the most is when the OP said he is to busy with 3 other ventures and the fact that he does not keep his "mildly" annoyed customers up to date or at least say something every now and then ..that's not to much to ask for is it?, that's not being to unreasonable is it.
this just wasn't the time for me personally to not have my keyword tool ...it just really got me angry ...whatever though, it doesn't matter ..not much i can do about it anyway ..i'll just have to spend my whole day tortuously and most painstreakingly researching keywords with google planner by hand

Ok now its almost the end of Oct 2013, so that means the redone tool will be released this coming month?
Joe, whats your eta on the tool? Would appreciate your feedback and status update.

you poor fools, trust me it will not be released as promised and i will be suprized if it ever is ..and if its not then some on here owe me a BIG apology whether they feel they do or not.
We have been ripped off, by the end of this month even the supporters of joe will succumb to the same rage and anger over this disgraceful treatment by the OP

I have every right to complain if! you don't mind, and even if you do. i am just trying to shame this guy into speaking up and finally making a statement on the new updated keyword tool after all this time but it does not seem to be working, and i have an inclination as too why (but you will see in time)
