I tried to buy 50 proxies pack on feb 12,2013 but due to some payment problems,my payment was declined.Then all of a sudden ,yesterday three subsciptions got activated and money for 3X 50 proxies pack was taken from my CC and to add to all this,my subsciption info says my account is active from feb 12 whereas my account got activated yesterday only.

I sent a ticket to support but no reply from them yet.
Refund me for all three packages.

I hope you solve this ASAP.

I ordered 50 proxies and most come up on google as being Ukraine, and or russian IP's, the rest of them are almost all from the same place, California, and some don't even work. These are not for me, can I please get a refund for my order?

Refreshed my proxies, went to go use them and their gone. I just paid a month for them. Did I just get scammed?

Slowest fucking support ever, even in a critcial time like this. Waste of 17.50.

Yes, crappy spammed out proxies, and big part of them dead right from the beginning.
So not acceptable for me. It is ok to have some of them spammed havily and listed as blacklisted on some sites as they are shared but at least you should test them regularly and you don't.

Yeah, and they accused me that I got refunded my proxies (I didn't). If you cancel your sub with them they take away your proxies --regardless you paid the month.

@AdTacTown: I don't know why any IPs would come up as Ukraine... this is clearly a faulty geolocation test. These are located in 5 datacenters in the US. There are no Ukraine IPs.

Yeah, I'm aware. Unfortunately because of our currently shitty billing system (stay away from cheddargetter.com) I can't outsource support yet. So we are working on a new billing system and quicker support will follow that.

well, I am sick. they are not the only proxy company .....

and not the first that cant solve 2 stupid dead proxys. proxy hub could not either.

about the case

I tested them on a VPS and on a home server with GSA SER


I add them in firefox on my own computer and they dont work.

I gave them screenshots.

4 days for 2 dead proxys, and still no solved.


Sad. they rest 48 proxy work. If I pay full price, I want full delivery

At times, i'm having a horible ratio of dead to working proxies.... like 13 working ones out of 50. IT seems that google bans proxies faster than ever, so it is not entirely proxy51s fault, but i'll probably have to cancel my subscription because it's just too expensive for what i'm getting.

proxy are very slow, > ping 10-14 sec (!)
