I got to say, people you need to commit and use the service, any service for a longer period of time. If you focus on the refund you will find flaws to the service, any service. Just save your receipt and when Tax time comes in place them under business expenses and get tax credits. If you run a legit business, I don't know how you will do it as freelancer tho.
But commit to the service, because some one says I can offer a refund, don't jump in oh I can try and be safe. Try free proxies first, learn what are you buying, don't act like noobs. That will drive the price up for people like me that we use the service and see beyond the refund tag.
