Bought 50 and so far I'm impressed of course I've only been using them for a minute but the speed is way better than I thought it would be. Also the fact that you get the proxies instantly after purchase is a nice touch.
Not sure why everyone is so unhappy with the proxies. I was with Proxy51 for a couple months and the results I got from the proxies were decent. They weren't the fastest proxies but I could scrape Google with Scrapebox on a low number of connections just fine. I also used them for SEO software and they never complained.
What's the deal with everyone shouting scam because of automated paypal charges too? When you signup for a service and give them "preapproved payment" permission in paypal, it's going to charge you. You have to login to Paypal and cancel it if you don't want to be charged. Paypal has always worked this way.

I've been trying to get my proxies refreshed for over 30 hours, my initial order did not take this long, so why is it taking so long to get this done? I'm yet to get any kind of actual human response.

Been way over 48 hours now and still no new proxies, I canceled the sub in paypal, and about to dispute my charge for jan.

I actually purchase the service off-site found them on Google. I'm happy with my service. Yeah from time to time a proxy here and there fails but I would say I get 90% of usage. Looking forward to next month rebuilding my IP's and hitting them hard.
So far so good, cheap and reliable. I must say I had better success rate using this proxies than using HMA VPN Pro. hands down.

I got to say, people you need to commit and use the service, any service for a longer period of time. If you focus on the refund you will find flaws to the service, any service. Just save your receipt and when Tax time comes in place them under business expenses and get tax credits. If you run a legit business, I don't know how you will do it as freelancer tho.
But commit to the service, because some one says I can offer a refund, don't jump in oh I can try and be safe. Try free proxies first, learn what are you buying, don't act like noobs. That will drive the price up for people like me that we use the service and see beyond the refund tag. That's why many big retailers are giving store credit and not money back, to avoid the raise of cost and payment processor elevating fees.

I bought from Proxy51 about 15 days ago - 100 proxies - not through BHW but directly from their website (found a link on another site, can't remember which one). At any given time only 15-35 of the proxies would work. Mostly 403 or 503 errors.
Emailed to cancel my subscription earlier today. They closed access but did not respond to the ticket (still early, but would seem polite to email back at the same time access is closed). I have, however, only been charged for the agreed amount and to be honest even at a 30% success rate the price is not that bad. It was just too much hassle since you never knew which one would work and had to retest every hour to make sure you had a set of working proxies.

Oh, and a small additional element of irritation I just realized: I had prepaid for 1 month but as soon as I emailed to cancel, they cancelled from today and I did not get the full 30 days of use, only about 15. 15-35 semi public proxies for 15 days at $35 is suddenly a rip-off.
