Yes, I have both Private proxies located in France and there are over 400 currently in the proxy list subscrption.

No. My private proxies work great. If for some reason you have a problem with one I can swap it out for a new one. But there generally are no refunds with Proxies.

Unfortunately, I had various problems with the services this month

1)I'm Grabbing various proxies using the "Gather Proxy" app from the internet and put it in this thread,The free proxies I find are better than the proxies that this site has given me & I paid for that (Cool Proxy 30% & Free Proxy 50% worked)

2)In the past two weeks, some IP Ranges have been blocked by some major service sites(Wikipedia,Telegram,...)

3)The API parameters do not work properly, and all the filters have the same result !

4)There were a lot of mistakes in the this month for changing the database and my software with the API failed to work properly....

5)The site UpTime in last month decrease and displays errors increase , Like now

Yes, This where crazy but the last couple days things seem to have back to almost normal.

Very sorry about that. Right in the middle of a major system rewrite and upgrade I had a few major family issues pop up that delayed a couple day project into a couple of weeks project.

API filtering issues have been resolved for days if there are still open issues please open a ticket as I'm not aware of any, I also added a backup API server yesterday, if the main API server fails it will load proxies from the backup server.

I rewrote the entire proxy system to improve accuracy of the list. So you should see a better ratio of working proxies.

Proxy harvesters are running at 100% again as of around 9am EST today. So you should start to see more fresh proxies.

I can't fix something I don't know about so you see ANY problems please open a ticket and let me know and I'll get them squared away.

You wouldn't buy it after you tested the trial,lol.
This guys are super disgusting selling proxies with like 20% uptime and constantly disconnecting. When you contact them they don't even repyl. If you contact them about buying more they instantly reply.

What's your unanswered ticket number? I see your BHW account is about 13 days old, Has only 6 post all of which have been questions in other proxy service threads. I don't see any questions in my sales thread from you, I have no unanswered open tickets in my support system and ZERO pending cancelation request.

I will have a trial system in place soon. But not full access to the entire list for obvious reasons (they are open proxies and require no user authentication). In the meantime people are free to try the free proxies on our websites proxylist.

Not that I'm aware of. Open a ticket with your API info and I can check the system logs.
